Human: I first discovered this creature in my reporting class Spring Semester of 2019. For the first few lectures I only recognized them by their auburn tresses, as well as the back of their shoulders. It wasn’t for a few weeks in, that I was able to notice them as an individual person.

I felt a particular connection to her oldest child Beastie*. I’m not quite sure as to why maybe it was because I saw a bit of myself in her and her rebellious streak. Maybe it was something else.
